Our restaurant is over two floors. Our main dining area is downstairs, and we have ramps available for the front door. The restrooms, however, are upstairs which can be accessed via the lift. The lift has a 400kg weight limit so it is unable to take some motorised scooters.

We welcome children and we do have a small children’s menu. They mean extra care and attention to us, so, when booking don’t forget to mention that you have a child with you. They are extra person. Also, we do only have limit space in the restaurant so please mention if you have a pram or where possible please bring a foldable pushchair. Please note we only have 2 of highchairs so you will need to book these at time of booking.
We do not take any money unless you cancel less than 24hours before your booking or do not turn up. Being a small restaurant, we really suffer financially when parties do not turn up for their bookings as it means the table is left empty. It is also unfair on all the other customers who we have had to turn away during the week, who would have liked to dine on that table at that time.
Being a small and busy restaurant, we often get fully booked. Although we can sometimes accommodate walk-ins, we always advise people to book, (especially for Fridays and Saturdays), to avoid disappointment. Booking is easy with our online booking system just follow the link – https://www.theduckiow.co.uk/book/
CHALLENGE 25 – If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please remember to bring your ID as you will be asked for it!
